In the world of real bloggers, the statistics can be astronomical. The numbers in my little blog world are much smaller; but yesterday I had an unexpected sniff of the big times.
My usual daily hits registered by the WordPress statisticians tend to be around 300 to 400 hits per day. My highest day ever, was one day back in January when I received 551 hits.
Yesterday WordPress recorded 1,281 hits at www.inaspaciousplace.wordpress.com.
What happened to cause this sudden mini-one-day-explosion? Only one thing – see:

Such is the power of Andrew Sullivan that a mere mention on his blog causes the one-day exposure of an obscure little blog in a tiny corner of the Worpress world to triple over its normal number of daily hits.

well, congrats Christopher…and what it is certainly gratifying is that the attention comes via words of yours that provide a window into The Tree Of life!
