Christmas is the season of love, peace, hope, and joy. It is the time of year when the axis of the earth shifts back towards the light.
Yeshua says: “I choose you, one from a thousand
and two from ten thousand.
And you will stand as a single one.”
Every year for many years (most things in my life these days seem to be “for many years”) I have written a Christmas story for Christmas Day that seeks to communicate something about the nature of this season to children.
Yeshua saw infants being nursed.
Mary said to Yeshua: “What are your students like?”
His students said to Yeshua: “Tell us what
the kingdom of heaven is like!”
Yeshua says: “Blessed is the one who was,
before coming into being.
His students said to Yeshua: “Tell us how our end will be.”
Yeshua says: “What no eye has seen,
and what no ear has heard, what no hand has touched,
and no human mind has conceived,
this I will give to you.”
Yeshua says: “Perhaps you think I have come
to cast peace upon the earth.
